American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) 2024
As the lead designer, my role in preparing for this conference went beyond creating visually compelling materials. It was about ensuring that every design element communicated the brand’s identity and resonated with the target audience.
Nightingale Education Group was introducing itself to the nursing leadership community by showcasing its four main divisions, each with its own unique branding and identity. My challenge was to design a cohesive booth that represented all divisions under one unified visual concept.
Collaborating closely with the Director of Marketing, we utilized a $100,000+ budget to create:
- Centerpiece 20’x30′ main exhibit
- Secondary 10’x10′ booth in separate area
- Individual marketing collateral for each division
- Advertising (Postcards, digital ads, and using the conference app)
- Pop-up display banners
- And more
Flame Forward! Conference
The annual Flame Forward! Conference takes place every August in Salt Lake City. As a fully remote organization, this is the one time each year we gather in person with our team members.
As Creative Manager, I am responsible for developing and executing a cohesive design theme for the conference. This is, without a doubt, the largest project I oversee each year.
In 2024, we created:
- Venue graphics (wraps for pillars, elevators, walkways, windows, etc.)
- Stage décor
- Program booklets (print and digital)
- Badges and certificates
- Conference apps and websites
- Merchandise (t-shirts, water bottles, desk mats, lanyards, etc.)
- Maps and signage
- Invitations (print and digital)
- And more
