Nightingale Education Group is an accredited nursing workforce development organization. As the Creative Manager and Lead Designer for this project, my goal was to present the data clearly while telling the organization’s story in a way that resonates with a diverse audience, from board members to nursing students.

Challenges

The primary challenges included a tight deadline and a strict page count, both of which required creative problem-solving to ensure the document remained on track for both print and digital formats.
